Sanderson Farms Championship 2024 Prize Money

The PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup Fall phase is back after a three-week break with the Sanderson Farms Championship in Mississippi.

Luke List, who won last year, took home $1.476 million from an $8.2 million purse after a five-man playoff that included Ludvig Aberg.

This year, the prize pool is smaller at $7.6 million, with the winner getting $1.36 million and the runner-up earning $828,400.

Despite the reduced prize money this year, it’s still more than other elite golf events happening this week like the DP World Tour’s Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

Players aren’t just eyeing the cash ; they’re also trying to secure their PGA Tour cards for 2025 by finishing in the top 125 of the standings after eight events. Even those already secured have reasons to compete: a top-10 finish in this phase can get them into big 2025 events like Pebble Beach Pro-Am and Genesis Invitational.
