PGA Jr League Player Hits Epic Hole-In-One Before PGA Tour Star

PGA Jr. League player hits a hole-in-one with a PGA Tour star watching.

Golf can create unforgettable experiences, and that’s exactly what happened for Emery Johnson at the u13 National Car Rental PGA Jr League Championship with his first hole-in-one.

The event featured 12 teams of junior golfers, ages 10-13, and was broadcast on ESPN. Johnson’s amazing 132-yard shot never wavered from the flag, resulting in a perfect ace and wild celebrations.

Tony Finau’s son, Jraice, was there along with Tony himself, who chose to coach Team Utah instead of playing in the Black Desert Championship in Utah.

With a trusty 6-iron in hand, Johnson’s ball flew straight to the pin and stayed there for his incredible hole-in-one. After a brief moment of silence, excitement erupted as Team Utah joined in the celebration. Jraice lifted Johnson up while other teammates rushed over from nearby tees. “I’ve never had a hole-in-one before!” exclaimed an ecstatic Johnson.

He shared with ESPN that he adjusted for wind by using more club and hitting a slight draw. He knew it was good when he heard it hit the pin but couldn’t see it until teammates ran over cheering. Fans might think this is just the start of many more exciting moments for these young players.
