Nelly Korda’s $350K Richard Mille Watch at Solheim Cup

Nelly Korda wearing a $350,000 Richard Mille watch at the Solheim Cup.

Nelly Korda is a magnet for big sponsors.

Since the late 2010s, she has been seen wearing Richard Mille watches. Heading into the Solheim Cup at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Virginia, she sported red, white, and blue Nike shoes along with a flashy Richard Mille RM 07-04 watch.

Released in 2023, this watch is touted as their ‘first women’s sports watch’ and is described as ‘totally in tune with the constraints imposed by the disciplines of our sportswomen.’ It’s packed with technology and designed in collaboration with six professional athletes, including Korda herself. Other athletes involved are motorsport drivers Aurora Straus and Margot Laffite, heptathlete Nafi Thiam, high jumper Yuliya Levchenko, and three-time Olympic gold medalist skier Ester Ledecka.

Priced at a whopping $350,000, it combines ergonomics and ultra-lightness with performance and resistance. Fans might think it’s quite an investment for a watch! Since its release, Korda has been seen wearing the RM 07-04 at various events and tournaments. She even changes the straps to match her outfits. Her brother Sebastian and sister Jessica are also ambassadors for Richard Mille. Back in May 2023, both sisters attended the model’s launch event in Singapore; Nelly wore the RM 07-04 while Jessica flaunted a $250,000 RM 07-01 Racing Red.

Other Celebrities Wearing Richard Mille:

It’s not just the Kordas who love Richard Mille watches. Bubba Watson often wears his ‘Richard Mille RM 38-02 Tourbillon Bubba Watson,’ which costs $2.5 million! Dressed up in pink and white like Watson’s driver, this watch took ten years of pushing from Watson to get made. There are only 50 of these available worldwide.

Turning back to tennis —Korda heads into the Solheim Cup after winning six LPGA Tour titles in 2024 alone! Despite playing in the last three Solheim Cups, she hasn’t yet been on a winning American team. Could this be her lucky fourth time?
