The Korn Ferry Tour just wrapped up its season-ending championship, and now the 2025 schedule is out.
Next year, there will be 26 tournaments across 17 states in the U.S., but that’s not all—the tour kicks off with a six-week international journey.
Starting January 12th, the action begins in the Bahamas with two events before moving to Panama, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.
Exciting Global Stops and Return to U.S.
After the South American swing wraps up in early March, players head back to the U.S. The first stop is Georgia for the Club Car Championship. Then it’s off to Mexico in May for a quick visit before returning stateside for a packed schedule of 16 more events.
Fans might think this lineup is quite thrilling! The Korn Ferry Tour Finals begin on September 11th with the Simmons Bank Open. This series decides who gets PGA Tour cards and who stays on for another season.
The final four events are crucial as they determine rankings based on points collected throughout the year—Matt McCarty topped this list recently—and these results decide both full and conditional statuses for next year’s tour.
Television Coverage and Final Thoughts
In 2025, ten events will be broadcasted by Golf Channel including those exciting first two tournaments in the Bahamas plus all-important final four matches.
What do you think about these changes? Are you excited about where golf is headed next year?
