The DP World Tour is back after the Olympics break with the D+D Real Czech Masters in Czechia.
Last year, Todd Clements won his first title by beating Matt Wallace by one shot and took home $340,000 from a $2 million prize pool. This year, there’s even more at stake.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the tournament has moved to PGA National OAKS Prague and increased its total prize money to $2.5 million. The winner will now receive $425,000.
This event is also crucial as it’s the second-to-last in the Closing Swing stage of the season. Next week’s Danish Golf Championship winner will get $200,000 and a spot in the BMW PGA Championship along with other Back 9 events.
Robert MacIntyre leads the Closing Swing stage thanks to his victory at the Genesis Scottish Open but he’s currently playing in the FedEx St. Jude Championship. Romain Langasque is the highest-ranked player competing here, sitting fourth overall.
